Habe das Bios nochmal resetet "XMP" aktiviert und die Einstellungen noch mal vorgenommen...
Fazit: Die Regel Reference voltage +25 = 50 Mhz sollte eingehalten werden wie von Igor auch bereits beschrieben.
Eine Reference voltage (mV) von 1300 bei einer Reference frequency (Mhz) 4350 war das Maximum.
Ein Test mit mit einer Reference voltage (mV) von 1325 bei einer Reference frequency (Mhz) 4400 hat mit einem Bluescreen geendet.
