Seasonic Focus GX-1000 white edition

When it comes to power supply units, Seasonic is a name that everyone has probably heard of – and if not, it’s about time. Seasonic is one of the best-known power supply manufacturers and not without reason. Personally, I have only been using Seasonic power supplies for two years now because I appreciate the quality and especially the 10-year warranty. You have to understand me correctly, because I’m not saying that the power supplies from Be Quiet! or Corsair, for example, are bad. In the end, it’s up to you.

Technical data

The Focus GX-1000 is certainly (currently) significantly oversized for the build. For the build, 850 watts would easily have sufficed, but you never know what will come in the next few years. At least the power supply offers the ATX 3.0 and PCIe 5.0 standard with native NVIDIA High Power Connector support. You get all the protection circuits and certifications that are required worldwide. Plus 80 Plus Gold efficiency and all the necessary cables.

I can’t measure power supplies, you have to look them up on other sites and I’ve already done that for you. The colleagues at HardwareLUXX have already tested this power supply.

I personally can only recommend Seasonic power supplies to everyone. I think there’s nothing more to add to HardwareLUXX’s conclusion. Let’s really get started…
