Color-Performance-Comparison
The maximum brightness in SDR at a white point of 6500K is more than sufficient at almost 460 nits and is well above the manufacturer’s specification. The minimum brightness of almost 90 nits is quite high. So if you really value a dark display, you may be disappointed here. The gray scale performance is not bad at all, but MSI has not limited the MAG274QRX to the sRGB color space in the default settings, which prevents a better ranking in terms of color fidelity.

Power Consumption
In my opinion, the power consumption is very low. Compared to OLED or mini-LED monitors, it is even remarkably low. But you shouldn’t forget that the “power guzzlers” can also offer more. Then there is the issue of image homogeneity etc., which we will look at on the next page.
