The Way Sliders
Problems can be tackled in a variety of ways. Ignore, sit out, deny or simply continue to delegate. Unfortunately, we found out the latter at Mindfactory. Although this shop is also one of the fixed sizes of our own shop preference due to its external appearance and many positive reviews, our concern has been gallantly disregarded, from the green thought quickly kneaded a Black Peter and kicked the same hurting smiling towards the manufacturer. So we read quite disappointed:
Dear customer,
unfortunately we have no information regarding the ErP guidelines, you should inform yourself directly about the power supply Hesrstellern
Sincerely
Your Mindfactory Service Team

Mindfactory AG
If you as a supporter realize that you have no bearing, then this should actually be the point of thinking about responsibility in the profession and reordering a lack of knowledge on your own responsibility. Apart from the fact that the reference to the power supply manufacturers (and not also to the motherboard providers) is only half the rent – the shop is also not tarnished with fame. Information on efficiency is searched in vain for many articles. What are Energy Star guidelines of interest if the more important EuP/ErP data are missing? Often the customer comments and criticisms are more revealing than the actual article description.
It is difficult to order in this shop without your own knowledge of the matter without errors, if one is not exactly at the high price level. The shop really needs to be improved in terms of the detailed description of the items. If necessary, we recommend the free and very commendable callback service to customers, as the hotline itself is unfortunately subject to a charge. In addition, Mindfactory has a very well-frequented and supervised forum, which as a unique selling point should surely be a good reason to try its luck outside the call center.
