Practical test with three test subjects
The practical test was again carried out with three test subjects to cover as broad a spectrum as possible and to gather many impressions. Regarding the criteria, I had followed Igor’s test reports and because that had gone down well in the last chair review, I used them again here.
Summary person 1 (1,59m/ 60kg)
“The chair is very comfortable and the upholstery is nice and soft. Nevertheless, it supports the back well, especially due to the slight bulge in the lumbar region. Are the two hours up already? Then please put it at my desk.”
Summary Person 2 (1.83m/ 62kg)
“So far, probably the most comfortable gaming chair I’ve sat in. I really like the contour and padding and the look as well – very sporty. If I ever part with my sim rig, this chair would be a real option.”
Summary person 3 (1.88m/ 123kg)
“I like the look and feel very much. Also, the relatively soft upholstery is unlike my chairs for big guys times something different. With my dimensions, however, the space available is already borderline – mainly in the area of the seat. It’s a shame you can’t lock the rocker mechanism, I prefer a seat that tilts slightly backwards, but I don’t want to have to look for it every time I take a seat and then not really move to maintain the position. “
Interim summary
As you could roughly read from the short summaries, the chair is quite well received by slim and normal weight people. The two lighter test subjects were thrilled with the upholstery and seating comfort and could only be persuaded to stand up with difficulty. If, on the other hand, you have somewhat wider legs, the cheeks on the seat can sometimes restrict your freedom of movement somewhat. However, our heavyweight also lasted the two hours, although this test person definitely prefers an “office version” with a flat seat.
