Efficiency Normal, Light & Super-Light Loads
The platform is efficient at normal load, but at light load it can be improved.

The 5VSB rail is highly efficient.
Vampire Power
The power required by a power supply in standby mode is called vampire or phantom power because it is consumed without the power supply doing anything. This current is mostly lost via the 5VSB circuit of the power supply. The vampire power is relatively high. It should be below 0.15 W and ideally even below 0.1 W.
Average efficiency
The average efficiency is not high, as this platform is mainly used for light loads.
PFC (Power Factor Correction)
A power factor correction filter increases the power factor reduced by the distortion reactive power, because it reduces the proportion of disturbing harmonics and thus also the mains load. The average PF could be higher. Normally, manufacturers do not pay much attention to the power factor measurements at 230V input.
