I think that if you’re even a little bit involved with 3D printing, there’s no way around some of the manufacturers. In the past, Creality and Prusa were clearly the sole top dogs, but they are no longer alone there. Thereis a lot to say aboutthe P1S and Bambu Lab ,so let’s start right away and put some more pressure on them.
Packaging and scope of delivery
As you’ll see in a moment, unpacking this printer isn’t quite as trivial as you’d expect. But both here and in the enclosed manual, it’s a step-by-step process, so that shouldn’t be a problem.
Theset is deliveredquite unspectacularly packedin a brown box , the reinforced handles on the left and right are to be mentioned positively. Pleases not only the letter carrier, but also your own back when carrying in.
Ifyou cut this open, you are greeted by the unboxing instructions and in case of doubt, there is even a video to watch:
So either open the package insert or the link, get everything ready and continue with the text.
If you have pulled the printer out of the box, do not forget the spools with sample filament in the bottom!
And even though I’m getting a little ahead of myself, inadditionto some necessary parts for the printer itself, there is also a replacement hot end with stainless steel nozzle and spare parts for filament cutter and nozzle cleaner. Not shown here is the 32GB Micro-SD card, which is inside the printer.
Before we move on to the next steps, here’s a quick overview of the key technical data and specifications. More information can be foundon the manufacturer’s product page.
