Anycubic Kobra 3 ACE Pro 3D Printer Review – Good multi-material alternative with Klipper or worse copy?

We start with the AIO test of Barcode3D, printed in Extrudr PLA Hellfire Red and 1 hour 17 minutes.

Followed by the Clearance Spinner from Sci3D, printed in Extrudr PLA Marine Blue. Took 1 hour and 8 minutes, all pieces including the 0.15mm tolerance part can be moved after printing.

My own Z-Wobble test suffers from some stringing but otherwise looks good. Printed in 1 hour and 8 minutes.

This first Benchy was printed with the standard 0.20mm profile and Geeetech HS-PLA Grey in 41 minutes 52 seconds.

And because the ready-made GCODE for a Benchy is also included, let’s take a look at that too. Printed in 34 minutes and 34 seconds.

Here are the results of the Califlower from AdamVector3D, which are pretty good.

To prevent the filament waste from being flung across the apartment, I mounted these deflectors from Hami on the printer. As you can see, not entirely successful. Even with smooth adhesive tape inside, the filament sometimes gets stuck.

This Erkm dispenser for Ikea lint rollers worked well with the printer.

After that, I wanted to start with a simple but multi-colored model. As you can see, it didn’t work on the first attempt, the prime tower detached from the print surface. But even when it worked, the result doesn’t look flawless.

And a much more elaborate job has annoyingly come to a similar end, although I took the precaution of taping the Prime Tower down with parcel tape. It’s not just Enton who gets a headache.

This cell phone holder from SMatty, on the other hand, was made by the Kobra 3, but a certain vertical pattern formation can be seen in the matt filament.

But then the nozzle always hits either the print object or the tower, even though I repeated the auto bed leveling several times.
