The transient response is mediocre overall. Helly should improve the terrible response of the 3.3V rail.

Transient Response ATX v3.1 Tests
The power supply passes all ATX v3.1 transient response tests, but the 3.3 V rail drops at the limit in the 200% load test.
The 12 V rail performs well, but not as well as in the normal transient response tests.
