Let’s move on to the specific details. You can expect an Intel Ultra 9 185H or 7 155H processor. The former has a 16-core and 22-thread configuration with a maximum clock frequency of 5.1 GHz, while the Ultra 7 processor has the same configuration, but is somewhat weaker at the maximum clock rate. It only has a maximum clock rate of up to 4.60 GHz. There are also two options for the graphics unit. You can choose between a GeForce RTX 4070 and 4060, and of course the Intel Arc is also on board. The RAM is also of a considerable size. You can use up to 64 GB DDR5 4400 MHz.
You can also get a lot out of the memory. There is an M.2 22×80 Key M slot for PCIe x4 Gen 4 NVMe SSD, M.2 22×42 Key M slot for PCIe x4 Gen 4 and support for a SATA 2.5-inch HDD. The device also has enough ports. There is 1 x Thunderbolt4/ USB4 Type C port (supports DP2.1 and 5V/9V/12V fast charging profile), 4x USB 3.2 Gen2 Type-A, 2x USB 2.0 Type-A, 1x HDMI, 2x DP1.4a, 1 x 2.5G RJ45 LAN and 1x Kensington Lock slot. Free choice, practically speaking. Something else that might interest some people is the SD Express ver8.0 card reader. You can simply plug in your card reader and off you go.
However, it should also be mentioned that this mini PC is probably aimed more at business customers and will be less of an option for the normal end user. This is also clearly indicated on their product page. The “target” is the business market. Asus has not yet commented on a price. There is also no known date for when it will be explicitly launched on the market.
