Conclusion
Since we don’t have to take any software into account with this case, we have already reached the conclusion. How can the View 270 TG be classified and how does it compare with its similarly priced siblings? In this specific case, a comparison could be made with the Ceres 300, which fared extremely well in the test. Even if the View 270 can definitely keep up visually and will certainly strike a chord with one or two potential customers, it falls somewhat short in comparison to the Ceres series. Not only haptically, but also in terms of the basic design and features. However, if you compare it with its older siblings from the View series, Thermaltake has taken a step forward in terms of appearance and quality!
Overall, there is no need to issue a warning, but unfortunately the View 270 TG has too many small “blemishes” for a real purchase recommendation. In particular, the PCIE slots should be mentioned, which cause more frustration than pleasure and prevent the vertical installation of a graphics card, which is somehow quite counterproductive, especially for a “show case” with two glass surfaces.
The case was provided by THERMALTAKE for this test. The only condition was compliance with the blocking period; there was no influence or remuneration.
