Pixel response times vs. overshoot @ max. refresh rate
As we will see in a moment, the Corsair Flex with the LG OLED panel is pretty darn fast. To be honest, the monitor is on the borderline of my measurement technique. I have seen response times around 0.03 ms during the measurements. Unfortunately, this is then outside my measurement range, which my measurement technology can resolve in a processable way. At 0.1 ms my measuring technique is at the end. So if you see 0.0 ms, it’s because of the resolution of my table, which we now have to adjust again. But look for yourself…
Response Times
Overshoot
Incredibly fast and no perceptible overshoot. Only OLED offers this in this form – pixel overdrive my a… You just get such a “single overdrive experience”. The motion clarity at 240 Hz is damn close to that of a 360 Hz IPS panel. See below.
UFO test
Please note that I can currently only do these shots with the iPhone at 240 FPS. Nevertheless, you can easily see how good the motion clarity is with an OLED panel at 240 Hz. A 360 Hz panel does not manage that much better. I personally like very much!
But what comes on the next page will excite eSports gamers. Latencies!
