I’ve included AutoCAD 2021 again because people kept asking about it. 3D and 2D tests are interesting here, the values for CPU and storage are always the same within the measurement tolerances.
The old Quadro RTX 6000 is still the benchmark in 3D, but the Radeon Pro beats the RTX 5000, albeit just barely. The old W5700 is clearly behind. In the end, the Radeon RX 6400 positions itself just ahead of the Arc A380, but this cannot be attributed to the CPU in 3D mode.
But what happens on the pure 2D drawing plane? The new and the old test system are also fast here and also fast enough so that differences are still visible even with the really fast GPUs.
In the 2D partial benchmark, the Radeon Pro W6800 even wins ahead of the two Quadro RTXs, which perform absolutely congruently (feat). The advantage over the old Radeon Pro W5700 is clearly visible. The Arc A380 now profits more clearly from the Intel platform in 2D and the Radeon RX 6400 is dominated.
I won’t leave out the overall rating this time so that the platform differences are visible. Without rBAR, however, the Arc A380 would find itself at the very back.
Inventor 2021 is still NVIDIA’s domain, at least in my selected benchmark workloads. However, the gap between the Radeon Pro W6800 and the older Radeon Pro W5700 is much smaller.
The charts once again clearly show that the shortfalls are rather marginal. However, the somewhat demanding InvMark caused the Arc A380 to falter several times, so I had to exclude this test.
