As in the launch article(which you can read here including all the individual results), the new card does its job well and can easily beat the older Radeon RX 6700 XT in the performance BIOS. I made the effort and tested both BIOS settings and it came out exactly what I expected it too. The Sapphire Radeon RX 6750 XT Nitro+ is a few percentage points slower than the MSI RX 6750 XT Gaming X Trio tested at launch in all tests even in performance mode, but you won’t notice that at all in practice, but will be happy about the significantly lower power consumption. In silent mode, it is even significantly more efficient than the Radeon RX 6700XT reference, but it is also a tad slower in return. That’s what I meant by “meet” on the first page.
I have summarized the cumulative results for both BIOSes once again as charts. The individual results down to the variances are so similar to those from the launch article that I’ll just spare you the tons of metrics. The statements have not changed and if you like, you can read it all again here. I didn’t bother with Ultra HD due to the lack of relevance, because the launch article is easily enough for that. The card is not an Ultra HD revelation (and does not want to be).
Gaming performance in full HD – 1920 x 1080 pixels
Gaming performance in QHD – 2560 x 1440 pixels
But you can read on the next page how much more power consumption this new advantage is linked to overall.
