Connectivity and features
This is exactly where the H3pro Hybrid is supposed to shine. Equipped with every conceivable connection option, there are virtually no limits to the use of the source device. Whether wired via 3.5mm jack (e.g. at the console), USB-C (e.g. at the PC while charging the battery), or wireless via Bluetooth (e.g. at the smartphone) or the included low latency wireless transmitter (at the Windows PC), there are almost all possibilities to choose from. Epos is particularly proud of the low latency compared to Bluetooth, which promises advantages in terms of location, etc., especially in gaming.
Simultaneous connection, better known as audio mixing, is also possible under certain conditions. If the headset is connected to the audio source via USB or the analog jack, a simultaneous connection via Bluetooth is possible. For example, you can play games on the console and make calls on the connected smartphone at the same time. An incoming call can be conveniently accepted or rejected via the smart key on the headset.
The H3PRO Hybrid is equipped with enhanced noise cancellation, so that additional Active Noise-Cancelling can be activated via a switch on the headset. This feature further complements the already excellent passive noise cancellation of the very well shielded ear cups.
Regarding the technical details like the detachable mic, the 40mm drivers and the specs I’ll leave you with the usual table.
Since there doesn’t seem to be a digital manual, I’m attaching a FAQ document that explains how to use the device:
