AMD Ryzen 3900X and 3700X review | igor'sLAB

Power: SPECviewperfs 13

The new Ryzen CPUs are excellent machines. AMD is able to significantly reduce the gap to Intel processors in tests that depend heavily on the performance of a single core (IPC and single-core boost frequency).

The two Ryzen 3000s are particularly high-performance in 3DSMax benchmarks and only have real problems in the Mayan test, which focuses on frequency. Also here it should be mentioned that some of the test applications have no optimization for these new Ryzens and the measurement results may increase in the near future.
