Hey guys,
My warranty for free repair is being denied for my sapphire nitro plus 6800xt, because i removed the warranty sticker of the gpu in order to fix heat issue by replacing paste .
So sapphire Germany is denying to repair the gpu for free because i have removed the warranty sticker without a single damage, yet they deny free repair because of the removed sticker . So the retailer where I bought from is telling me i have to pay the cost for repair, or the gpu will be send back to me unrepaired.
I have never experienced this with brands such as Asus and MSI, however Sapphire is my first brand to own a gpu from, but this seems very unfair .
Im from Netherlands and bought the gpu from germany, is there anyone who can help me out and knows something about this type of warranty issue ?
