Frage Max Temp von Ryzen 7 5800x im CTR bei 85°C

Hallo,

ich habe das Programm CTR2.0 gestartet und gleich beim ersten Test ist mit folgendes im Log aufgefallen:

Du hast ja mehrere Temperaturen. Kann auch sein, dass das Package zu heiß war. Was für ein Kühler?
 
Ich weiß nun nichts was du mit package meinst ^^

Ich habe den noctua nh d15s verbaut. Dazu habe ich die Wärmeleitpaste krypnaut thermal grizzly verwendet.
Auch in prime95 habe ich schon beobachtet das die Temperatur teilweise schnell hoch geht und später bei 70 bis 80°C ist. Ist die Wärmeleitpaste falsch aufgetragen?

Ich habe im bios nun das LLC von Auto auf Level 5 gestellt. Nun hat der test geklappt.

Result: 6067
Temperatur: 85,6°C

HWinfo 64 Drauf und sehen was CCD1 anzeigt.
Ryzen Master drauf und auch sehen was als Max angezeigt wird.
Möglich das im Bios die Temperatur auf 85°C steht als max und er dann Drosselt.
Schaut dann so aus.

Darf ich fragen warum 85°C?
Als Sicherheit/ thermische Reserve?
Denn der CPU ist 90°C geratet von AMD!

check how the curve optimizer is set in your PBo settings in bios. Usually under AMD overclocking. the 5800x is known to run hot which is why a lot of developers stay away from it unless they have serious cooling. default is off, but when its on it makes a huge difference as it adjusts the power curve for either more power (heat) or more undervolt power which gives you more options for undervolting. right now my 5800x is running at 4.9ghz @ 1.27 barely crossing 67c on full load. i have a 360 aio custom.
 
Das kann wirklich das Temp-Limit vom Mainboard sein, je nach dem welche Spannungswandler verbaut sind ist die Maximale Temperatur unterschiedlich.
Aber diese sollte sich im Bios anpassen lassen.

Du hast nun die LLC auf Level 5 eingestellt und deine CPU_Tel Spannung ist nun von 1.2V auf 1.41V hoch gegangen.

Versuch die LLC mal ein oder zwei Stufe niedriger, so dass du unter 1,40V landest.
